The Availability of the Requirements for Implementing the Occupational Health and Safety Management System According to ISO 45001:2018 in Yemeni hospitals in the city of Hodeidah.

The study aimed to determine the availability of the requirements for the application of the occupational health and safety system in accordance with the ISO45001:2018 standard in Yemeni hospitals in the city of Hodeidah, and the study followed the descriptive analytical approach, and relied on the survey as a tool to collect the study data, and represent the study community in all leaders (Administrative - Medical) staff in Yemeni hospitals in the city of Hodeidah 378 individuals, the sample of the study was identified using the comprehensive survey method, and after distributing the questionnaire to the sample members, 323 valid analytical questionnaires were recovered.'
The results of the study showed that the "organization context" dimension had the highest average value. The "performance appraisal" dimension ranked last. The results of the study showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the availability of the application of the occupational health and safety system, according to ISO 45001:2018 attributed to the age of the hospital, and in light of this, a set of recommendations was presented to strengthen the application of the requirements of the health, toxic and occupational system.
