Impact of Transformational Leadership in Crisis Management from the Perspective of Workers Case Study of Yemen Oil Company – Hodeidah

The research aimed to measure the impact of transformational leadership in its dimensions (intellectual stimulation - individual considerations - empowerment - ideal influence) in crisis management at the Yemeni Oil Company, the main branch in Hodeidah. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect information from the research sample of (150) employees. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted for the research and the statistical data analysis program SPSS 28 was used.
The research reached the following results: The company practices transformational leadership and crisis management at varying levels, as the level of crisis management practice came in first place, while the level of transformational leadership practice came in second place. The results also showed that there is a statistically significant effect of transformational leadership in crisis management, as well as a statistically significant effect for the dimensions of transformational leadership each separately (intellectual stimulation - individual considerations - empowerment - ideal influence) in crisis management.
The research recommended the necessity of enhancing transformational leadership practices in its dimensions (intellectual stimulation - individual considerations - empowerment - ideal influence), as well as enhancing the level of crisis management practice.
